PDA One-Time Restoration Opportunity for Cancelled Hayatabad Residential Plots/Houses — Apply by 2026-07-15

Issuer: Peshawar Development Authority (PDA), Directorate of Estate Management, Hayatabad. PDA has approved a one-time, limited concession to restore residential plots/houses in Hayatabad that were cancelled due to unauthorized commercial or other non-conforming use (cases cancelled prior to 2024-12-23). The PDA Board decision was taken in its 14th meeting held on 2025-04-24.

Eligible allottees/residents may restore their plots/houses by discontinuing the non-conforming activity, clearing all outstanding dues, and depositing the prescribed restoration charges. This is a one-time opportunity and applications will be processed only within the stipulated period.

How to apply: Submit the application along with the prescribed restoration charges to the Directorate of Estate Management, Hayatabad. All applications and payments must be received on or before the closing date stated below.

Important notes: This concession is time-limited and one-time only; it should not be treated as precedent. Non-compliant cases after the expiry of the period will be handled strictly under applicable Building Regulations and restoration rules.
