WAPDA MDO Mangla Invitation to E-Bid – Roof Treatment (Units 06–10) & Boat Procurement

Employer: Pakistan WAPDA, Mangla Dam Organization (MDO). Resident Engineer (Civil), MDO, WAPDA Mangla invites electronic bids from eligible firms for the works/items listed below. Eligible bidders must be licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 or above with the relevant specialized code, renewed for 2025–2026, and must be on the Active Taxpayer List (FBR).

Bidding documents, terms, specifications and requirements are available for registered bidders on the EPADS e-procurement portal: www.eprocure.gov.pk. Electronic bids must be submitted via EPADS by 11:30 hours on 2026-06-29. Manual/physical bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 hours in the Committee Room, Project Office, Mangla Dam Organization (MDO), WAPDA Mangla.

Key instructions and requirements:

• Bid security must be submitted in the shape of a CDR in favour of Resident Engineer (Civil), MDO, WAPDA Mangla. The firm’s name must be written on the CDR. A copy of the CDR must be uploaded with the electronic bid; the original CDR must be received before or at bid opening (not later than 11:30 hours on the closing date).
• Applications on original firm letterhead must include complete address and contact number (PTCL).
• Quoted rates should be inclusive of all applicable government taxes; applicable taxes will be charged as per rules.
• Successful bidder will be required to deposit performance security as specified in the bidding documents.
• Bidders must upload valid PEC registration certificate and evidence of Active Taxpayer status. Failure to upload required documents may lead to rejection/blacklisting.
• WAPDA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per PPRA Rules.
