Punjab Municipal Development Fund Company (PMDFC) invites applications for the position of Senior Program Officer (Procurement) for the Punjab Inclusive Cities Program (PICP). The role is Lahore-based and requires experienced procurement professionals with strong knowledge of public procurement rules and donor procedures.

| Education | 16 years of education or higher degree in Engineering / Commerce / Business / Management studies |
| Experience | Minimum 12 years post-qualification experience in procurement of works, goods and services. Must have thorough understanding of PPRA rules and World Bank procurement guidelines and experience in their application. Ability to administer advertisements, EoIs, RFPs, bidding documents and evaluations. Prior experience with public sector entities and donor agencies and knowledge of local government systems and regulatory framework is an added advantage. |
| Age Limit | Maximum age limit is 65 years. Date of measuring age will be from date of birth till last date of receipt of application. Maximum age may be relaxed by the BOD for exceptionally qualified and experienced candidates. |
| Compensation | Market-driven, commensurate with experience and qualifications. |
