Public Notice: Verification & Correction of Record of Rights — Taluka Saeedabad, District Matiari

Issuer: Office of the Mukhtiarkar, Taluka Saeedabad, District Matiari. This public information notice announces verification and correction of Record of Rights prepared during the settlement years 1985–86 under the provisions of the Sindh Land Revenue Act, 1967. The Board of Revenue, Sindh approved the review process and a related case was filed before the Board of Revenue on 2025-02-28.

Purpose: To verify, correct and computerize land records (rankings, records, and corrections) for affected parcels in Taluka Saeedabad. The process is being carried out under the Board of Revenue’s instructions and the designated Revenue Officers, and corrected records will be updated in the computerized record system.

Action required: All landowners, tenants, cultivators and persons holding ownership or possession rights over land that appears in the attached survey records who have any objection must submit their objection to the Office of the Mukhtiarkar or the Assistant Commissioner, Taluka Saeedabad within 15 days of this notice. Objections should be submitted by the stated deadline (2026-06-17) so they can be considered in the verification process.
