Purpose: All members are requested to clear outstanding dues and ensure membership records are fully updated by 30 June 2026.
Action required: Pay annual subscription and update membership records before the deadline.
Consequences of non-payment: Members who have not paid their annual subscription before the deadline shall not be entitled to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM), shall not receive any publication of the Congress, and will not be entitled to cast their vote. Defaulting members may still attend all Technical Sessions (except the AGM).
