Issuer: NADRA Regional Head Office, Gwadar. NADRA invites electronic bids for the rental/acquisition of one NADRA Registration Center (NRC) in Turbat (Tehsil Turbat, District Kech) on behalf of RHO Gwadar.

Key property and building requirements: premises must be in the main city/prominent location with an independent entrance; covered area as specified; secure and easily accessible for the general public; dedicated electricity/water connection; proper outer door and ramp for disabled access; parking for staff and public; suitable for NADRA operations.

Required/supporting documents (to be submitted as per tender instructions): attested photocopy of ownership/lease/validated property documents; stamped copy of site plan; completion certificate (if available); undertaking on non-judicial stamp paper (Rs.100) certifying building status and ownership/departmental authorization where applicable; bid security declaration and other documents as specified in the bidding documents.
