Tender: Procurement of Books (Engineering, Technology & Economics) and Gym Equipment – University of Rasul Mandi Bahauddin

The University of Rasul Mandi Bahauddin invites sealed bids from financially sound and eligible firms/suppliers/dealers/distributors/manufacturers/book sellers/publishers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and registered on ePADS for the following tenders under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. For procurement of books, only firms/book sellers/publishers prequalified for 2024-25 & 2025-26 are eligible.

Key dates and submission details:

- Bid submission deadline: 2026-06-12 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened same day at 11:30 AM in the Office/Conference Room, University of Rasul Mandi Bahauddin.

- Pre-bid meeting (Gym Equipment): 2026-06-04 at 11:00 AM in the Conference Room, University of Rasul Mandi Bahauddin.

How to obtain and submit bidding documents:

- Bidding documents (English) and detailed specifications are available for download on the e-Procurement & Disposal System (ePADS) at punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. Documents may also be downloaded from ppra.punjab.gov.pk and the University website www.putrasul.edu.pk.

- Technical and Financial bids must be uploaded online via the ePADS portal. A scanned copy of Bid Security Instrument and affidavit must be uploaded; the original Bid Security Instrument and affidavit must be submitted in an envelope to the Office of Director Purchase & Store, University of Rasul, before the bid submission deadline. Bids lacking original bid security will be rejected.

- Bid security must be in the form of CDR/Pay Order/Bank Draft/Bank Guarantee in favor of University of Rasul and valid for the respective bid validity period.

Eligibility and other instructions:

- Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and on ePADS.

- For book procurement only prequalified book firms/publishers for 2024-25 & 2025-26 may participate.

- If the last date falls on a holiday/closed official day the next working day will be considered at the same time.
