University of Rasul Mandi Bahauddin Invitation to Bids – Procurement of Books and Gym Equipment (Tender Nos. UOR/PD/2025-26/23-24)

University of Rasul Mandi Bahauddin invites sealed bids from well-reputed, financially sound and eligible firms/suppliers/dealers/distributors/manufacturers/book sellers/publishers registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Departments and registered on ePADS for the following tenders under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Bids must be submitted online via the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (ePADS) and original bid security instruments and affidavits submitted in accordance with the bidding documents.

Key dates and instructions:

- Last date/time for submission of bids: 2026-06-12 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on 2026-06-12 at 11:30 AM in the Conference Room of the University of Rasul Mandi Bahauddin.

- Pre-bid meeting for the Gym Equipment tender: 2026-06-04 at 11:00 AM in the Conference Room, University of Rasul Mandi Bahauddin.

- Bidding documents (English) and detailed specifications can be downloaded from the ePADS portal at punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. Bidding documents may also be available on Punjab PPRA (ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and the University website (www.putrasul.edu.pk).

- Original bid security instrument and affidavit must be submitted in an envelope clearly marked with the Tender No. and Title to the office of the Director Purchase & Store, University of Rasul Mandi Bahauddin prior to the submission deadline. Bidders must ensure timely uploading of bids on ePADS; the University will not be responsible for portal issues.
