District Council Chakwal Tenders: Retaining Wall, Culvert & Drainage Works – Bids Due 2026-06-27

Issuer: Office of the District Council Chakwal (By order of Deputy Commissioner / Administrator). Sealed bids are invited through Punjab E-PADS (https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk) from contractors registered on E-PADS for the MRS 1st Bi-Annual 2026 period (1 Jan 2026 – 30 Jun 2026). Bidding will follow the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.

Key submission instructions:

• Download bidding documents free from Punjab E-PADS.
• Submit bids online via https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk by 2026-06-27, 11:00 AM PST. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM PST through E-PADS in presence of bidders or their representatives.
• Each bid must be accompanied by bid security in the form of CDR/Pay Order from a scheduled bank in Pakistan in favor of District Council Chakwal. Scan of bid security must be uploaded on E-PADS and the original CDR submitted to the office of the undersigned by or before 11:00 AM on the closing date; failure to do so will lead to cancellation of the tender.
• Using the same CDR for multiple tenders will result in rejection of all related bids. Additional performance security (5%–10% as applicable) may be required per Punjab Local Government (Works) Rules.
• Bidding documents are also available on the PPRA Punjab website. The competent authority may reject any or all bids as per applicable rules.
