Municipal Committee Jhelum (MC Jhelum) invites e-bids for the laying of tuff tiles and construction of parking areas on Tehsil Road, Jhelum City. Eligible contractors/firms/manufacturers/authorized dealers registered with FBR and relevant authorities may submit bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System (E-PADS).

Last date & time for e-bid submission: 2026-06-30 at 11:00 AM (all bids must be submitted online via the E-PADS portal).

E-bids opening: 2026-06-30 at 02:30 PM.

Important instructions

Bidders must be registered with relevant tax and registration authorities and PPRA/e-Procurement. The bid must be submitted online on the E-PADS portal; however, the original bid security (2% of estimated cost) in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft made in favour of “Municipal Committee, Jhelum” must be delivered to the Office of Municipal Committee, Civil Lines, Jhelum before the e-bid submission deadline. Single-stage single-envelope bidding procedure will be used. Bids must remain valid for 120 days. The procuring authority may reject corrupt or non-responsive bids.
