Tender: Rehabilitation of RCC Rigid Pavement (Mongolia to Boriyan) — District Council Jhelum

Issuer: Chief Officer, District Council Jhelum. The District Council Jhelum invites sealed bids through Punjab E-Procurement (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) from contractors registered on Punjab E-PAKs for 2026-27 for civil works under the Single Stage “Two Envelope” procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.

Bids must be submitted electronically via the e-procurement portal; the original bid security (CDR) and other required hard copies must be submitted to the District Council office before the closing date. Financial bids of technically non-responsive bidders will not be opened.
