Additional Deputy Commissioner (Finance & Planning), Gujrat invites sealed/electronic tenders from reputed contractors, firms and organizations for hiring contractors, suppliers and service providers for multiple lots. Procurements will be made through the Punjab E-Tendering System in accordance with PPRA Rules, 2014. Bids must be submitted online on the Punjab e-Procurement portal and will be processed under Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure under the PPRA Rules 2014.

- Last date for submission: 2026-06-22 (bids to be submitted on or before 22-06-2026 not later than 12:00 P.M.). Bid opening will be same day at 12:30 P.M.
- Firms/organizations must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for Income & Sales Tax and possess active tax profiles.
- Technical proposal must contain bid security equivalent to 2% of estimated cost of quoted items. On acceptance, the bidder shall deposit performance guarantee @ 5% of the total contract value in the name of Deputy Commissioner Gujrat.
- Incomplete, unsigned or unstamped bids, bids without bid security, and bids not uploaded by specified time will not be considered.
- All procurement will be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014; bidders should refer to PPRA rules and the e-procurement portal for detailed terms, conditions, specifications and online submission procedures. E-Documents and blank rates may be quoted online as per portal instructions.
