Purpose: Open e-tenders are invited from Engineering firms/contractors registered on ePADS with valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) licence and active tax status (NTN/PNTN) for rehabilitation and improvement of roads, including provision of asphalt, PCC and drainage, in multiple UCs of NA-123, Lahore.
Key submission details: Electronic submission only via ePADS. Technical and Financial proposals to be uploaded as PDF files. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost (in shape of Bank Guarantee/CDR/Pay Order from a scheduled bank in favour of LDA) is required. If the submission deadline is a public holiday, opening will occur on the next working day.
