Tender: Blacktop Road Construction Zhob–Mekhtar (Packages 1 & 2) — Balochistan

Issuer: Project Director, Zhob to Mekhtar via Murgha Kizban (N-50 & N-70) Road. Procurements will be carried out under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014. Electronic bid submission only via the Electronic Public Procurement System (BPPRA).

Key requirements and conditions:

• Tender fee: PKR 2,000.
• Bid security: 2% of bid cost, in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank.
• Eligibility: Active taxpayer on the relevant tax lists; not blacklisted by any procuring agency; registration with Balochistan Revenue Authority where required.
• Experience & financial capacity: Minimum two similar works completed in the last five years; minimum turnover of PKR 2,376,709,000 (as stated); registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) C-6 or above; relevant specialized codes CE01, CE02, CE10.
• Procedure of procurement: Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure.
