Amendment: Paragraph No. 4 of the Invitation for Bids is amended. The eligibility requirement previously stated as:
"Participation in at least one (1) contract that has been successfully or substantially completed within the last ten (10) years and that is similar to the proposed works, where the value of the Bidder's participation exceeds PKR 2,000 million or equivalent USD amount."
Has been replaced with the following revised requirement:
"Participation in at least two (2) contracts that have been successfully or substantially completed within the last ten (10) years and that are similar to the proposed works, where the value of the Bidder's participation exceeds PKR 2,000 million or equivalent USD amount."
All other terms and conditions of the Invitation for Bids remain unchanged.
