RUDA Invitation for Bids – Infrastructure Development of 14.5 km Right Promenade (Fateh Rehan to Ravi Railway Bridge)

Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA), Government of the Punjab, invites sealed bids under Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTE) procedure from eligible contractors for infrastructure development of a 14.5 km Right Promenade from RD 000+000 (near Fateh Rehan) to RD 47+500 (near Ravi Railway Bridge). Works include river protection, road construction, embankments, electrification works, drainage, ancillary works and associated civil and mechanical works as per approved specifications and standards. Payment for executed works shall be made on 50% deferred payment basis in accordance with bidding documents.

Key conditions and instructions:

- Bidding procedure and evaluation will follow RUDA procurement regulations 2022 and instructions to bidders contained in the bidding documents.

- Bidders must submit bids singly (not as JV partners) unless otherwise allowed in the bidding documents.

- Bid security shall be provided in the form of Deposit at Call or a Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan or a foreign bank counter-guaranteed by a scheduled bank in Pakistan and shall be valid for the period specified in the bidding documents.

- Bids must be accompanied by the required bidding documents and submitted to the Office of the Executive Director, Engineering Wing, RUDA, at the address below by the stated deadlines. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend.
