National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) invites bids for procurement of non-consultancy services for the provision of janitorial services at NEPRA Tower for FY 2026-27. Procurement will follow a Single-Stage Two-Envelope procedure and Quality & Cost Based Selection (QCBS) in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and subsequent amendments.
