Defence Housing Authority (Islamabad-Rawalpindi) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) to develop and operate a fuel station at a prime location on Park Road (Margalla Orchard). The site area is approximately 5 kanals and is available for a company-operated facility.
Interested OMCs must submit a company profile, evidence of relevant experience in operating fuel stations, financial capability, and a proposed concept. Financial terms include a monthly reserved rent of Rs. 10 million and an upfront land utilization payment of Rs. 600 million as per DHA terms.
