| Minimum Qualification | Master’s degree or BS (4-year) in Project Management, Business Administration, Public Policy, International Relations, Rural/International Development, Political Science, Law, Development Management, Social/Management Sciences or a relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized institution. |
| Experience | Minimum 15 years of professional experience at international, national or provincial level. Demonstrated experience managing PSDP and/or foreign-funded projects, including monitoring, preparation and execution of annual work plans, budgets, planning, administration and procurement. Strong project management skills and experience in negotiation/coordination with international financial institutions, federal and provincial governments and other stakeholders. |
| Remuneration | Equivalent to PPS-12 salary package or as approved in the PC-I. |
