State Life E-Bid: Establishment & Renovation Works in Lahore and Gujranwala (Tender RETENDER-RED-LHR-RUD & PHS-SLBS-LHR-GUJ-07-2026)

Issuer: State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan invites e-bids from original authorized contractors/suppliers with relevant experience for establishment, rehabilitation/renovation and modernization works at State Life commercial blocks in Lahore and Gujranwala.

Eligibility: Contractors must have 10+ years' relevant experience in civil/renovation works or corporate-type buildings and proven delivery for federal/semi-government organizations, banks or multinational companies in Pakistan. Firms must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities, be registered on E-PADS, and hold PEC C-5 (and above) where applicable.

Procurement & Documents: E-bidding documents are available on E-PADS (eprocure.gov.pk), State Life website (www.statelife.com.pk) and PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk). Bids submitted other than through E-PADS will be rejected.

Bid Security: All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in Pakistani Rupees equal to 3% of the bid amount in the form of Pay Order/Bank Draft in favour of State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan.

Submission & Opening: Electronic bids must be submitted on E-PADS on or before 2026-06-22 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the address below.
