REDAMCO Invitation for Sealed Bids to Lease 48 Shops at Kharkhano Market, Peshawar (PPP)

Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd. (REDAMCO), a subsidiary of the Ministry of Railways, invites sealed bids (single-stage, one-envelope) for leasing constructed shops on PR land at Kharkhano Market, Hayatabad, Peshawar under a Public-Private Partnership. Leases are offered on a one-time premium (non-refundable) plus advance annual rent basis for 21 years (extendable).

Key dates & submission:

Bid submission deadline: 30 June 2023 at 15:00 (03:00 PM) — submit at Peshawar Cantt Railway Station. Bid opening: 30 June 2023 at 15:30 (03:30 PM) at Peshawar Cantt Railway Station in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

Important terms:

• Bid documents and terms & conditions are available from Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd office during working hours.
• Bid document fee: PKR 1,000 (in the shape of CDR/PO) to be submitted with the bid.
• Separate bid security in the shape of CDR/PO is required as specified above for each shop. Bid security is forfeitable under conditions noted in the bid documents.
• Bids are to offer a one-time non-refundable premium. Annual rent escalation: 8% compound escalation in annual rent.
• REDAMCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to annul/withdraw the bidding process without assigning any reason.
