Executive Engineer, C&W Highway Division Mardan invites electronic bids from eligible firms/contractors through the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa E-PADs system (Single Stage Single Envelope E-Pak Acquisition & Disposable System) for the following road works. Bids must be submitted electronically; bid security (CDR) details must also be uploaded with the e-bid.
Key instructions: Bidders must submit bid security in the shape of CDR (bank name, CDR number(s) and date(s)) electronically with the e-bid.
