National Highway Authority (NHA), Punjab-North (Central Zone) invites e-bids for Operation, Management & Maintenance Contracts (OM&MC) of bus bays on Advance Quarterly Net Guaranteed Revenue basis. Contracts are for an initial period of three (03) years, with a further extension of two (02) years subject to satisfactory performance after each one (01) year.
Bidding method: Single Stage Two Envelope. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Income Tax Department and be on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR. Bid security for each location must be submitted in the shape of Pay Order / CDR in favour of “National Highway Authority (Road Maintenance Fund-Security Deposit)”. Bidding documents and Request for Proposal (RFP) are available on the NHA website and can be downloaded free of cost. Bidders must register on the e-procurement portal www.epprocure.gov.pk and submit e-bids via the portal.
Submission & opening:
- Deadline for submission of e-bids: 2026-06-30 up to 1100 hours.
- Technical bids will be opened on 2026-06-30 at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders / their representatives who choose to attend.
