Issuer: Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA). Project: Dasu Hydropower Project (Stage-1) financed in part by an IDA (World Bank) credit. WAPDA invites expressions of interest from eligible individual consultants to serve as Independent Technical and Contractual Auditors to perform performance audits of consultancy services for construction design and construction supervision of the Dasu Hydropower Project.

| Experience | Minimum 15 years overall professional experience. For the Technical Auditor at least 8 years' relevant experience in monitoring and evaluation of engineering consultancy services related to design and supervision of large-scale hydropower projects. Contractual Auditor should have relevant experience in contractual/contract management audits (requirements similar in scope). |
