Tender: Office Equipment & Allied Items for Pediatric Emergency Units – Health Department, Balochistan

Health Department, Government of Balochistan (through Health Sector Reform & Management Unit / Project Management Unit) invites electronic bids (e-bids) from eligible firms for procurement of office equipment and allied items for Pediatric Emergency Units at multiple teaching hospitals in Balochistan.

Procurement rules & method: Procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014. Procedure: Single Stage Two Envelope (electronic submission via BPPRA EPPS / e-procurement portal).

Eligibility: Registered with relevant tax authorities and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL); valid Sales Tax registration where applicable; not blacklisted/debarred by any government/autonomous/semi-government/public-sector organization; completion of similar assignments and minimum financial thresholds as required (including audited financial statements for last three years certified by an ICAP-registered auditor).

Bid security: 2% of the total quoted bid value in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Demand Draft, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in favor of Project Director HSRMU, Health Department, Government of Balochistan.

Delivery & warranty: Bidders must submit item-wise technical compliance sheets, undertake delivery/installation/testing/commissioning at designated locations without additional cost, provide warranty and after-sales service per specifications, and complete delivery/installation within 30 calendar days from issue of Purchase Order/contract unless otherwise stated.

Submission & opening: Electronic bids must be submitted via the EPPS Supplier Dashboard before 2026-06-29 at 09:00 AM. Technical proposals will be opened electronically on 2026-06-29 at 10:00 AM.
