Issuer: Project Director, Strategic Management Unit (SMU), School Education Department, Government of the Punjab. SMU invites applications for two contracted positions to support communications, media engagement and UAV operations.

Position	Vacancies	Maximum Age	Key Qualifications & Experience
Communication Lead	1	40 years	Bachelor's degree in humanities/social sciences, mass communication, media studies, public relations, marketing or related field. Professional certifications in digital marketing, media or corporate communications are a plus. About 5 years' relevant experience in communications, media or public relations. Experience developing and implementing communication strategies; media relations; public affairs; stakeholder engagement; internal and external communications campaigns; corporate branding; social media management; content creation for websites, newsletters and press releases. Skills: drafting/editing speeches and articles; monitoring/reporting communication effectiveness; MS Office; familiarity with social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram); content management and media monitoring tools; graphic tools (Canva, Photoshop) preferred.
Drone Operator	1	35 years	Diploma or certification in aviation, electronics, photography/videography, surveying or related field. Training/experience in drone flight operations, navigation, safety procedures, pre-flight checks, maintenance and troubleshooting. Proven aerial photography/videography and ability to operate drones in various weather conditions; capture high-quality aerial images/videos; conduct aerial surveys, mapping or inspections. Proficient with drone control/navigation apps & software; post-processing tools (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro); GIS/mapping tools (ArcGIS, Pix4D, DroneDeploy) if used for mapping/surveying.
