National Police Foundation (NPF) invites applications for the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Director Operations & Construction (Dir O&C) on contract basis for a period of three (03) years. The role reports to senior leadership and will lead operational coordination, construction and project execution, financial oversight and implementation of strategic initiatives across the Foundation.
