Power Planning & Monitoring Company (PPMC) invites applications for career opportunities in Islamabad. Appointments are regular with the first three months on probation. Selected candidates will be offered a market-based competitive remuneration package commensurate with skills and experience.

| Green Financing (Senior Specialist) | 1 | Bachelor's/Master's (minimum 16 years) in Finance or Engineering in Environment, Climate, Renewable Energy or Sustainable Development from an HEC-recognized institute; relevant certification/ professional membership (e.g., CA/ACCA/ACMA/CIMA/CFA) preferred. | Minimum 5 years relevant experience in the energy sector, preferably in climate finance, energy transition, renewable energy or climate policy. Strong knowledge of renewable energy, climate & carbon finance, climate funding windows and investment criteria; familiarity with national energy and climate policy; experience with corporate and investment banking on deals/transactions preferred; skills in performance monitoring systems, data visualization, stakeholder engagement and coordination. | Maximum 45 years |
| Assistant Specialist – Finance | 4 | CA finalist / CMA / ACCA / CFA or member of a professional accounting body, or Master's degree in Finance (minimum 16 years) from HEC-recognized institute/university. | Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in a reputable national/multinational organization; preference for power sector experience. Sound analytical skills, ability to work with financial and regulatory data, support financial modelling, forecasting, cost analysis, prepare analytical reports and handle large operational datasets; strong written and communication skills. | Maximum 35 years |
