Balochistan Energy Company Limited (BECL), a public sector company, invites applications for senior management positions based in Quetta. Applicants must be competent, qualified and experienced professionals meeting the specified eligibility and experience requirements.

Experience in energy sector (Oil & Gas, renewable, PPP or project finance) preferred. | Sound financial management, financial modelling, analytical skills, knowledge of corporate governance and applicable laws/regulations. | Company Secretary | 01 | Member of the Institute of Corporate Secretaries of Pakistan (ICSP) or equivalent/recognized corporate secretarial qualification; relevant master’s degree (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Commerce, Economics) or LLB/LLM from HEC-recognized institution as applicable. | Minimum 5 years relevant post-qualification experience in corporate secretarial, legal, compliance, governance and regulatory matters, preferably with exposure to public sector or corporate entities. | Sound understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, Companies Act and statutory record keeping. Age limit preferably up to 55 years. |
