Eligibility & submission requirements: Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for Income Tax and Sales Tax and be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Earnest money (bid security) must be deposited as specified against each lot (pay order/bank draft in favour of Manager (Materials) QESCO Headquarter, Quetta). Bidders should register and submit electronic bids through the prescribed QESCO e-procurement/e-auction mechanism.
