The Balochistan Agriculture & Cooperatives Department (through the Balochistan Water Resources Development Sector Project - Additional Financing, ADB) invites sealed bids for Contract NCB-CAD-01: Command Area Development Works for Siri Toi Dam, Zhob River Basin. The contract duration is 24 months. National competitive bidding will follow ADB single-stage, two-envelope procedures. Bidding is open to eligible ADB-source country bidders.

Eligibility & Qualification: Only bidders meeting the bidding document criteria may participate. The bid notice specifies a minimum average annual construction turnover of PKR 2,850 million (or equivalent USD) as a key qualification. Further qualification details are in the bidding documents.
Procurement of Bidding Documents: Requests for bidding documents must be made in writing to the Deputy Project Director, Project Implementation Office (PIO), Balochistan Water Resources Development Sector Project. A non-refundable document fee of PKR 5,000 is required (payment by bank voucher at National Bank of Pakistan into Account No. C-03433 in the name of the Deputy Project Director, PIO, BWRDSP).
Submission & Opening: Submit sealed bids to the Deputy Project Director, PIO, at the address below. Deadline for submission: 12:00 (noon) Pakistan Standard Time on 2026-07-22. Bids will be opened thereafter in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend.
