Issuer: Punjab MassTransit Authority (PMA). PMA invites prequalification applications from experienced Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) for the procurement and supply of twelve-metre (12m) pure electric urban/city buses and associated charging infrastructure, spare parts and support services for induction of eco-friendly buses in Lahore Division.
Scope & key requirements:

| After-sales obligations | Full obligations related to service performance, maintenance supervision, driver and maintenance training programs, vehicle homologation including support services, registration, licensing and related services for each bus as detailed in the Prequalification Document. |

- Prequalification Applications must be submitted electronically via the PPRA/EPADS procurement portal. The PPRA e-procurement page (eproc.punjab.gov.pk/viewTender.aspx) contains the tender entry; Prequalification Document is available from PPRA (ppra.punjab.gov.pk), PMA (pma.punjab.gov.pk) and EPADS (eprocure.gov.pk).
- Prequalification applications submitted manually will be rejected.
- Only firms prequalified through this process will be invited to submit Technical and Financial Bids in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
