Habib Bank Limited (HBL) invites sealed/public bidders to a Public/Open Auction to dispose of 47 bank-held vehicles on an "as is, where is" basis at HBL Warehouse, Karachi.

Auction date & time: 2026-06-15 at 10:30 AM. Vehicles can be inspected from 2026-06-08 to 2026-06-12 (working days only) between 09:30 AM and 05:30 PM at HBL Warehouse, Plot D-146, S.I.T.E (near Hino / Pak Motors), Karachi.

How to bid / payment

- Reserve price(s) will be announced at the time of auction (2026-06-15). Bidders may bid for any or all vehicles.

- Successful / highest bidder(s) must submit earnest money in favor of HBL of PKR 150,000 (cash on spot will not be accepted). Full payment must be made within seven (7) working days of the auction; vehicles will be released after clearance of full payment and applicable taxes/charges.

Tax & documentation

- Under Section 236A of the Income Tax Ordinance 2001, HBL is obliged to collect 10% tax for filers and 20% for non-filers on the final bid amount.

- Bidders must present original CNIC/NICOP and provide a photocopy and other required documents at the time of bidding.

Other conditions

- Vehicles are sold on "as is, where is" basis. The bank reserves the right to accept/reject any bid or to withdraw any vehicle from auction. The successful bidder will bear all taxes, transfer charges, and related expenses. Full terms and conditions apply as published by HBL.
