Issuer: Government of the Punjab, Services & General Administration Department (Welfare Wing). Purpose: Invitation to e-bids for framework contracts for miscellaneous items, office stationery, computer stationery, printing & publication, entertainment & gifts, plant & machinery, furniture & fixtures, and related store items. Contracts awarded separately by lot under single-stage, two-envelope procedure.
Eligibility: Firms/companies/sole proprietors/general order service providers engaged in trading, duly registered with relevant tax/registration authorities. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System (ePADS) and submit electronic bids through the ePADS website.
Submission & Opening:
- e-Bid submission deadline: 2026-07-02 at 11:00 AM (online via ePADS).
- e-Bid opening: 2026-07-02 at 01:00 PM at Room No.1, Press Law Building, Ground Floor, Punjab Civil Secretariat, Lahore.
- Original physical Bid Security instrument (CDR/Demand Draft) must be submitted in an envelope clearly marked with the bidding document number and title before conclusion of the bid opening session at the Procurement Office (Room No.1), Press Law Building, Ground Floor, Punjab Civil Secretariat, Lahore.
