Tender: Framework Contract for Local Purchase of Medicines at THQ Hospital Darya Khan (FY 2026-27)

Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Darya Khan, invites bids from financially sound firms/agencies running institutional pharmacy businesses or pharmacy chains holding a valid Category-A drug sale license (No. 09) for the supply of drugs, medicines, surgical & disposable items. Procurement covers local purchase for THQ Hospital Darya Khan and supply for Social Welfare & Bait-ul-Mal Department for the fiscal year 2026-27.

Key conditions:

• Separate bids will be invited on the basis of maximum discount from retail price for: Multinational manufacturers, National manufacturers, and Surgical/Disposable items.
• Electronic bids must be submitted via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014.
• Submission deadline (closing): 2026-06-30 by 10:30 AM. Bids will be opened on 2026-06-30 at 11:05 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
• Bidding documents can be downloaded from E-PADS and the PPRA website; further information is available from the office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Darya Khan.
• Bid security must be submitted as required (original CDR in favor of Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Darya Khan, or as specified in the tender documents).
• Only online bids submitted through E-PADS will be accepted. Incomplete or late bids will not be entertained.
• The Medical Superintendent reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per applicable PPRA rules. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules.
