Tender: Provision & Fixing of Frame and Fiber Sheet — Municipal Committee Sangla Hill

Municipal Committee Sangla Hill invites sealed bids through e-PAQS from contractors registered for the financial year 2025-26. Eligible firms must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license for the respective category for 2025-26 and be registered with the Government of Punjab as per MRS list B (Annual 2025), District Nankana Sahib.

Bidding will follow the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Bids must be accompanied by the required earnest money in the form of CDR/Pay Order from any scheduled bank in Punjab in favor of the Chief Officer, Municipal Committee Sangla Hill. Bidding documents and detailed terms can be downloaded free of cost from the e-PAQS portal (https://eprocure.gov.pk). Bids must be submitted via e-PAQS or delivered to the office by the specified deadline. The successful bidder will be required to submit a Performance Guarantee equal to 10% of the estimated cost within 10 days after acceptance of the bid.
