The Asian Development Bank (ADB) Pakistan Resident Mission (PRM) invites proposals from qualified consulting firms for Building Construction Project Management, including Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) and Site Supervision services for the ADB Pakistan Resident Mission in Islamabad.
Scope of services includes client-side Project Management Consultancy (PMC) covering project management, QA/QC, site supervision, contract management, commissioning, handover and close-out, and ensuring delivery in accordance with approved schedule, budget, quality, safety and regulatory requirements.
