Sale basis and key participation terms:

• Auction on "As it is, where it is" basis.
• Official bidding will start from reserve price; bids below reserve will not be accepted.
• Earnest money must be paid by Pay Order favoring Chairman NAB.
• Bidders must submit a duly filled proforma and required documents by 3:00 PM one day prior to the auction at the Office of Assistant Commissioner (Saddar), Rawalpindi or NAB RDM Cell (Federal Cooperative Bank Building, 3rd Floor, Ataturk Avenue, Sector G-5, Islamabad).
• Successful bidder to pay 25% of the bid amount by pay order in favor of Chairman NAB on the same day of bid acceptance; remaining 75% to be deposited by pay order/DD within 30 days, failing which NAB may recover expenses and re-dispose the property as per law.
• All taxes, transfer and registration fees, and any regulatory approvals or formalities after purchase are the responsibility of the successful bidder.
• Competent Authority / Auction Committee reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids. Auction procedures will follow PPRA Rules and Land Revenue Act.
