Issuer: Habib Bank Limited (HBL), Head Office, 1 I.I. Chundrigarh Road, Karachi. Public/Open auction of 47 bank-owned vehicles to be held on 2026-06-15 starting at 10:30 AM at HBL Warehouse.

Inspection: Vehicles can be inspected from 08 June 2026 to 12 June 2026 (5 working days) between 09:30 AM and 05:30 PM at HBL Warehouse Plot # D-146, S.I.T.E (Near Iqbal Motors), Karachi.

Key terms and conditions:

- Successful bidders must submit a pay order in favor of HBL of PKR 150,000 per vehicle on the spot as earnest money (cash not acceptable). The earnest money will be adjusted against the bid amount upon confirmation.

- Balance payment to be made within 7 working days after confirmation. Bank will charge applicable taxes: 10% for filers and 20% for non-filers on the sale amount as per Section 236A Income Tax Ordinance 2001.

- Every bidder must bring original CNIC and photocopy; NTN and photocopy required for corporate bidders. Vehicles are sold on an "as-is, where-is" basis; bidders are responsible for due diligence.

- Bank reserves the right to accept/reject any bid, withdraw any lot before/at the time of auction, and the Auction Committee's decision will be final and binding.
