Issuer: Asian Development Bank (ADB), Pakistan Resident Mission (PRM).
Purpose: Request for Proposals (RFP) to procure Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services for building construction, quality control/quality assurance (QC/QA) and site supervision for ADB Pakistan Resident Mission facilities.
