Issuer: Medical Superintendent, DHQ Government General Hospital Samanabad, Faisalabad (also referring to Govt. Al-Hamd Hospital Nishatabad Faisalabad).
Purpose: Invitation for item-wise e-bids through E-PAD (Electronic Procurement & Disposal System) from firms registered on E-PADS for supply/works listed below. Bid documents are available on the PPRA website and E-PADS platform. Bids must be submitted via e-Procurement on e-Pak/e-PADS only.
Submission & Opening: Bids will be received on E-PADS by 2026-06-23 at 10:30 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM in the office of the undersigned. Late or non-e-PADS submissions will be rejected. The procuring authority reserves the right to cancel any or all tenders as per PPRA rules.
Bid Security & Guarantees: Bid security of 2% (as specified per package) must be furnished in the shape of CDR/Bank Draft/Bank Guarantee in favour of the Medical Superintendent, DHQ Govt. General Hospital Samanabad, Faisalabad. The successful bidder will be required to deposit a performance guarantee (equal to the percentage specified in the tender documents) which will be refunded on successful completion of contractual obligations.
