Re-Call E-Bids: Supply & Installation of New Tube Well Machinery – PHE Division II Mirpur

Issuing Authority: Office of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division-II, Mirpur (Physical Planning & Housing Department, Azad Government of the State of Jammu & Kashmir). Invitation for re-call of e-bids under Single Stage Two-Envelope E-Bidding System for supply and installation works.

Key Instructions:

- Eligible bidders (registered firms/suppliers) shall obtain login/registration details from the IT Section/Chief Engineer Office and submit bids through the AJK e-bidding portal in a single stage, two envelope (technical & financial) format.

- Bidders must upload electronic copies of required documents and submit original/bank instruments as specified in the bidding documents. Bid security (earnest money) as stated above is mandatory.

- Detailed bidding documents, submission instructions and terms & conditions are available on the AJK e-bidding system and from the office of the Executive Engineer PHE Division-II Mirpur during working hours.

- Late or incomplete bids will be rejected. The department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per applicable rules.
