Issuing authority: Office of the Director General, Punjab Housing & Town Planning Agency (PHATA), Lahore. PHATA invites e-bids from reputable manufacturers, firms, companies, sole proprietors, authorized dealers or their representatives who are registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax, etc.) for supply and installation of IT infrastructure equipment and allied accessories for PHATA Head Office, Punjab.

• Submission method: Online through EPADS (https://punjab.eproc.gov.pk).
• Original Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) / Bank Guarantee / Demand Draft / Pay Order must be submitted to the office of the Director General, PHATA/Lahore (Town Planning Agency) at least one (01) hour before opening of bids; failure to submit original documents may disqualify the bid.
• Bid security must be equal to the amount shown above and accompany the bid as per PPRA Rules 2014.
• Bid validity: 90 days from date of opening of bids.
• Only bids submitted online on the EPADS system will be considered. PHATA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals in accordance with PPRA Rules, 2014.
