Bidding documents (technical & financial) will be available and submitted online via EPADS. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be provided in the form of Bank Guarantee/CDR/Pay Order/Demand Draft from a scheduled bank in favor of Lahore Development Authority; it must remain valid as specified in the tender documents.
Only contractors with relevant PEC category (C-5 & above) and active registration may participate. Technical proposals will be evaluated first; financial proposals will be opened in accordance with the tender rules. Late or telegraphic bids will not be accepted. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under PPRA regulations.
