Issuer: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Foundation (KPHF). Reference: REF NO HF-034/2026-27. KPHF invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified firms/consortia for outsourcing hospital management services under a Public–Private Partnership (PPP).
Scope: Management, operation and improvement of healthcare delivery at the nominated hospitals to enhance quality, coverage and governance in line with KPHF policy objectives.
