Executive Engineer, Peshawar Canals Division, Peshawar invites electronic bids (Single Stage Single Envelope) on EPADS from eligible firms/contractors for Annual Maintenance & Repair (AM&R) and rehabilitation works in Peshawar Canals Division for the year 2026-27. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and comply with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) rules. Other requirements: Bidders must submit required bid documents (CDRs, rates, bid documents) as per KPPRA notification and tender instructions, hold valid PEC registration, be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority for tax purposes where applicable, and comply with all terms and conditions in the bidding documents. Bids will be valid for 120 days. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
