Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), Government of the Punjab, invites bids for procurement of IT hardware and equipment for various PITB projects (ITOPS-22). Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using Single Stage - Two Envelope bidding. Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately online via the EPADS e-procurement portal.
Submission & availability: Tender documents are available free at www.pitb.gov.pk and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted online on the EPADS portal (https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk). Deadline for submission is 1100 hours on 2022-06-22; bids will be opened at 1130 hours on the same date. For EPADS registration/help contact the portal helpdesk (as provided in the tender).
Key requirements: Bids must be complete, signed, stamped and submitted in accordance with the Tender Document and PPRA/Punjab Procurement Rules. Incomplete, late, unsigned or incorrectly submitted bids will not be considered. Income/Sales tax registration certificate and other documents mentioned in the Tender Document must accompany bids.
