Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) invites sealed bids for the public auction of obsolete/junk materials on an “as is and where is” basis. Interested parties must purchase the Terms of Reference (TOR)/Bid documents, submit earnest money and follow the bid submission and open-cry auction schedule below.
