Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) invites sealed bids for the auction of obsolete/junk materials offered in lots on an “as is and where is” basis. Interested parties must purchase the bidding/TOR documents, deposit earnest money for each lot, and submit sealed bids as per the TOR/Bid documents.
Key requirements:
- Purchase of TOR/Bid documents: Available from PTCL regional offices during office hours (09:00 AM to 04:00 PM, Monday to Friday) upon submission of application and payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 10,000 per set.
- Earnest money: To be deposited separately for each lot in the form of demand draft/pay order in the name of "Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited".
- Single set of TOR/Bid documents will be issued applicable for all lots/zones.
- Sealed bids are invited; successful bidders will be processed through an open cry auction as scheduled.
