Public Notice — Land Records / Rights Rectification (Assistant Commissioner, Mirpur Sakro)

Issuer: Office of the Assistant Commissioner / Deputy Commissioner, Mirpur Sakro (Sindh).

Purpose: Under the provisions of the West Pakistan Land Reforms and other relevant laws (including reference to the Land Reforms Act 1967 and consequential orders/amendments), this public notice publishes details of several land revenue records and affected owners. Persons having any objections, claims or information regarding the listed records or rights are directed to file written objections/claims with the Assistant Commissioner’s office within the period specified below.

Action required: Interested persons/claimants must submit written objections or supporting documents to the Office of the Assistant Commissioner, Mirpur Sakro within the prescribed period. The notice states a final date for submission of objections as 2025-02-28. The notice also refers to a 15-day objection period from publication for certain procedures; claimants should therefore act promptly.

Affected records: The notice publishes six (06) affected property entries (serial numbers 01–06) with associated owners, revenue/record numbers, survey/khasra particulars and document dates. Full particulars of each entry (owner name, revenue/record numbers, survey/khasra numbers and document dates) are on the published list and are available at the Assistant Commissioner’s office for inspection.
